Short version
Delete certs issued by MS-Organization-* in Certificates (Local Computer) > Personal > Certificates
Uninstall Teams and delete app data then reinstall teams
Thanks to person who posted the answer on this post. I’m reposting it here in case it disappears.
Note: This is most likely a symptom of bigger problem with your TPM. This is a band-aid that will get you back going until you can figure out a long term fix.
Delete certificates
Open the certificates console by going to Start > Run > mmc
mmc
Click File > Add/Remove Snap-in…
Select Certificates and click Add
Select Computer account then Local computer. Then OK
Open Certificates > Personal > Certificates
Delete any certs that contain MS-Organization in the name
Delete Teams cache
Note: You could delete any data that has not been synced to Microsoft’s servers. Please log into the web versions of Teams to verify everything is up to date before deleting your local cache.
Open %appdata%\Microsoft\ and delete the Teams directory

Uninstall teams
appwiz.cpl
Download and reinstall Teams
