This value is set/created when the program is closed. If it does not exist the program starts in the default location.
Other things worth a try that didn’t work for me:
– Shift + right click the program in the taskbar and click Move
– Winkey + left/right to change screens
– Winkey + up arrow to fullscreen
Tip: You can copy and paste into the address bar in registry editor.
