I reloading my codeplug after upgrading to the latest (v3.03) firmware and saw this error.
This was caused by a value in the 5Tone settings.
To change this go to Analog > 5Tone Setting and look for any values in Encode ID
Double click any values and hit delete everything.
Click OK and try writing to radio again.
